Turbo Fast Beaverton – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and use of services provided by Turbo Fast Beaverton (“Turbo Fast Beaverton,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products from us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

Turbo Fast Beaverton specializes in diesel performance parts, turbochargers, tuning products, and related automotive performance components. All products are intended for lawful use and proper vehicle applications only.

Turbo Fast Beaverton reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or modify pricing at any time without notice.

2. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Turbo Fast Beaverton offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products sold directly by us, excluding redistributed or special-order products.

Return conditions include:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • Installed or attempted-to-be-installed products are non-returnable.
  • Opened items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus charges for missing or damaged components.
  • Opened electronic products including tuners, modules, programmers, or control units are non-returnable.
  • Special-order, clearance, or obsolete products are non-returnable.

Turbo Fast Beaverton reserves the right to determine final return eligibility upon inspection.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds may be processed as:

  • Credit card refund
  • Store credit
  • Business account credit
  • Refund check where applicable

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing.

4. Warranty Policy

Products manufactured by third-party brands are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty policies.

Turbo Fast Beaverton may assist customers with warranty claims but does not independently guarantee manufacturer warranty approvals.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, online marketplaces, auction websites, or non-approved resellers may void manufacturer warranty coverage.

Turbo Fast Beaverton reserves the right to resolve approved warranty claims through:

  • Product repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Manufacturer-directed warranty service

5. RMA Requirements

An authorized RMA number must be obtained before returning any product for refund, exchange, or warranty consideration.

To obtain an RMA, customers may be required to provide:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Vehicle information
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting invoices or documentation related to installation or repairs

Failure to provide required documentation may result in delayed or denied claims.

6. Product Installation & Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are compatible with their vehicle application before purchase and installation.

Turbo Fast Beaverton is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installations
  • Improper tuning
  • Vehicle damage caused by misuse or racing applications
  • Labor charges related to installation or removal
  • Downtime, towing, lodging, rental vehicles, or related expenses

Improper installation or misuse may void product warranties.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all performance products.

7. Core Return Policy

Certain products may require a refundable core charge.

Core return conditions include:

  • Returned cores must match the original application and product type.
  • Cores must be complete and rebuildable.
  • Damaged, incomplete, contaminated, or improperly packaged cores may receive partial credit or be denied.
  • Cores must be sufficiently drained of fluids before shipping.
  • Core returns may require return within specified timeframes to qualify for full credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

8. Pricing Errors & Product Information

Turbo Fast Beaverton reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order resulting from:

  • Pricing errors
  • Product description errors
  • Inventory inaccuracies
  • Website or technical errors

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for reference only and may not exactly reflect actual products or all vehicle applications.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. Performance & Emissions Compliance

Certain performance products sold by Turbo Fast Beaverton may be intended for off-road or competition use only.

Customers are responsible for complying with all local, provincial, state, and federal emissions laws and vehicle regulations.

Turbo Fast Beaverton is not responsible for:

  • Regulatory violations
  • Failed emissions inspections
  • Vehicle registration issues
  • Improper use of off-road products

California Proposition 65 warning labels may apply to certain products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbo Fast Beaverton shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Labor costs
  • Towing or transportation expenses
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use

Customer assumes all risk associated with high-performance automotive modifications.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, text, images, and branding are the property of Turbo Fast Beaverton and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Turbo Fast Beaverton reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
